Dear NLP Trainers and Consultants,

Congratulations!  This letter is to verify and congratulate you on passing your Trainer and Consultancy Certification assessment with NLP University. Our decision is based upon a number of different factors. These include (a) observations made of your behavioral performance during all the activities, and (b) the materials gathered from you and observations made of you during the five final assessment activities. These assessment activities were designed to check your abilities in the following areas:

  • State Management    

  • Rapport With Individuals and Groups

  • Behavioral Flexibility

  • Personal Congruence   

  • Ability to Chunk Up and Down

  • Giving Feedback    

  • Backtracking

  • Adapting to Meta Program Patterns and Learning Styles

The specific training and consultancy assessment activities included (1) self and peer assessment processes designed by you and your colleagues involving conducting a demonstration and expressing behavioral congruence and flexibility, (2) supervision of a practitioner candidate conducting a specific NLP practitioner technique, (3) designing and conducting a behavioral puzzle for a practitioner candidate,  (4) role playing or observing a practitioner candidate during a simulation activity, (5) planning and delivering a final presentation to trainers, peers and practitioners.  These activities were designed to provide us with a way of assessing your conceptual, analytical, observational, procedural and interactive skills in the following areas of NLP training and consultancy:

  • Advanced Presentation Skills-Applying Modeling Skills to the Training Context

  • Needs Analysis & Addressing Different Learning Styles 

  • Planning a Sequence of Activities for a Course

  • Designing and Supervising Exercises and Learning Activities

  • Conducting Demonstrations   • Group Management

  • Assessing Conceptual, Procedural and Interactive Skills

  • Creating Assessment Instruments and Procedures

  • Providing Multiple Types and Levels of Feedback

  • Self Managed Learning and Self Assessment

Each of the assessment activities was designed to check your skills within multiple frameworks so that the results would not be biased by familiarity or difficulty with any one assessment method. Your activities and written work during the assessment period were reviewed by the trainers in order to provide multiple perceptions and levels of feedback about your skills. 

Upon consideration of all of the observations and written material gathered from you during the assessment period, we have mutually decided that you  have successfully completed the class and passed the assessment. You have demonstrated the required level of competency in the areas necessary to certify you in Training and Consultancy with Neuro-Linguistic Programming

 As you know, NLP University is committed to helping people develop the highest level of individual skill - based upon behavioral evidence. As a result, our training and assessment are both rigorous and intensive. We hope you are as proud of your accomplishments as we are. We also sincerely hope you will continue to enhance your skill level and become even more elegant in your utilization of  Neuro-Linguistic Programming patterns and distinctions.
